In a month’s time, the winner of our Dream Wedding Competition will be travelling to the Seychelles with her fiancé to get married under a flowered arch on the beach at Constance Lémuria, on the north west coast of Praslin island.
It will be the long-awaited moment that has been several months in the making.
Wedding coordinators are a must
Regina and Benjamin have planned all the details of their wedding with the help of our wedding coordinator at Lémuria. This personalised service is essential when you’re planning a destination wedding far from home and, in all likelihood, have never visited the place before.
After the thrill of the proposal and taking the decision to get married overseas, our soon-to-be bride and groom have enjoyed being inspired by the team at Lémuria about all the different ways they can celebrate their big day in a way that feels true to them.
What choices to make
For the ceremony, Regina’s stunning frangipani and orchid bouquet will complement the floral arch that she and Benjamin will stand beneath as they say their vows.
With our Chef’s help, they have chosen a sumptuous Seychellois seafood barbecue that will include Red Snapper in a Creole sauce, Skewered shrimp, Lobster with Vanilla from nearby island of La Digue, and grilled vegetables from our own kitchen garden.
There are a few more details we’ll keep as a surprise for the special day in April. Watch this space.
