We invite you to Wellness Wednesday at Constance Hotels & Resorts, a weekly opportunity to let go of all your stress.
With fast-paced lifestyles, often wellness and self-care can be overlooked and daily pressures result in having less time to look after our physical and mental health.
At Constance Hotels & Resorts we aim to not only offer a luxurious, exotic escape but we also want to provide a custom-made experience that is both unforgettable and rejuvenating.
Every Wednesday, our guests have the chance to experience a program, unique to each hotel where guests can be taken on a journey of wellness.
Constance Prince Maurice
At Constance Prince Maurice we have a dedicated day to well-being, providing guests with the opportunity to take care of themselves, stay refreshed and feel less stressed.
Starting from early morning until dinner, guests have the whole day to take a step back, unwind and feel rejuvenated.
With the combination of mindful exercise practices, healthy, hearty food and detoxifying massages, guests feel uplifted, rejuvenated and cleansed.
Below outlines the blissful itinerary:
8:00am – 9:00am – Meet our yoga specialist and begin the day with our locally inspired Ayurveda drink to prepare your body and mind. This is followed by yoga sun salutations in one of our beautiful natural environments.
9:30am – 10:30 am- Healthy breakfast in our Archipel restaurant. Enjoy our health-orientated creations from our talented executive chef, designed to be full of taste and full of natural goodness.
11:00am – Take your mind into an experience of mindfulness with underwater music relaxation.
13:00pm – 15:00pm – Enjoy a bike ride and a nutritious lunch in our dedicated locations on the beach.
16:00pm – 16:30pm- Sweat it out/workout (boot camp) with our sports specialists, finishing with our Ayurveda special drink for recovery.
17:00pm – Detoxifying massage with our Therapist (60 minutes).
18:00pm – Sundowner at our floating bar with floral herbal drinks and healthy mocktails.
19:30pm- Dinner at our Asian restaurant, our ‘cook and steam without fat’ Atelier Gourmet experience.
22:00pm – Guilt-free sweet on your pillow and sweet dreams infusion.

7:00am – 10:30am – Start your day with a selection of healthy dishes and juices available at our Jahaz Restaurant breakfast buffet, where you will be provided with exclusive creations made by our talented Executive Chef.
8:15am – 9:00am – Meet our yoga instructor at Jahaz Beach for a complimentary session of yoga, where you will be able to work on your inner strength, flexibility, self-awareness and inner peace for a better lifestyle.
9:00am – 6:00pm – Complimentary stand-up paddle boarding available at our Watersports centre.
10:30 – 10:45am – A complimentary guided meditation session located in our hidden jewel area. Here you can manifest your own personal desires: joy, love, abundance and happiness.
11:00am – 11:30am – Kids yoga session available at our kids’ club. Introducing your children to yoga at an early age can help them learn healthy habits and set the foundation for a fit future.
Afternoon activities on the agenda:
7:00am – 18:00pm – Complimentary fresh homemade flavoured ice tea is available in our Hidden Jewel Meditation area.
10:30am – 17:00pm – Complimentary fresh homemade ice tea and small fruit skewers will be available at the Jahaz bar pool and beach area on a regular basis.
12:00pm – 15:30pm – Jahaz bar offers a healthy snack menu and a selection of healthy juices and smoothies to boost your energy and wellbeing.
17:00pm – 18:00pm – Meet our tennis professionals on the court and enjoy a complimentary group tennis session.
19:00pm – 23:00pm – In-villa dining offers an ‘Eat yourself fit’ menu, designed by Rosanna Davison which will enhance any fitness plan and help you to stay motivated and build long-term healthy habits.
19:00pm – 22:30pm – Visit the Jing restaurant and indulge in our Vegetarian set menu.
