International photographer and Instagrammer Hiroaki Fukunda says he ‘can’t think of a better place to just sit back and take a breather,’ than Constance Moofushi.
The Japanese photographer who was discovered on Instagram 3 years ago and has since worked for the likes of Remy Martin, Dom Perignon, Nike and Dior, visited Moofushi as part of our #MyConstanceMoment InstaTrip.
In a series of beautiful images of the Maldives island which you can see on our Storify and Instagram, Hiroaki captures what he describes as the ‘Moofushi beach vibe’.

Hiroaki discovered his own perfect Constance moments during his stay including a 30-minute seaplane ride to Moofushi, treating himself at the Constance U Spa, watching a movie under the stars and making his dream of walking down a Maldivian jetty come true.
‘One of the coolest things about this island,’ says Hiroaki on his Instagram page @hirozzzz, ‘is the marine life that surrounds it. Ran into a few stingrays hanging out by the dock the other night. Such a cool sight.’
