  1. Salt-preserved tuna with Asian flavours at Constance Belle Mare Plage Mauritius

There is no shortage of ways to enjoy fresh fish at Constance! This gorgeous dish pairs coarse salt-preserved tuna with a salad of carrot and cucumber ‘noodles’, avocado, spring onions and a ginger-miso dressing with sesame seeds.

Sesame seeds are full of protein, and can help prevent diabetes, lower blood pressure and cholesterol and boost heart health, among other benefits. Tiny but mighty!
