Where it all began
Benjamin and Jennifer both met on a work trip. A destination wedding was the obvious choice. They had previously visited the Maldives as part of a work trip and immediately fell in love. They knew this is where they had to get married.
Selecting Constance Moofushi for their private ceremony on the beach, they felt as if they were in paradise. As soon as they were welcomed to the island, they were in awe. From the grounds to the staff and gastronomy, they described everything as amazing. Their first night included a dinner on the beach, with fresh lobster cooked before their eyes, the perfect start to a romantic trip.
A Private Island Escape
The couple wanted an island escape that was magical yet intimate and private. Seeking somewhere to escape reality for 2 weeks, Constance Moofushi was like nothing they had experienced before. The couple chose to stay in one of the breathtaking Water Villas. Being relaxed by the sounds of the ocean whilst they drifted off to sleep, and the ease of jumping straight into the water from the privacy of the villa is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The Wedding Ceremony
The wedding day of Benjamin and Jennifer can only be described as a magical affair. I fulfilled all of their hopes and dreams. Starting the day with a couples massage whilst overlooking the Indian Ocean allowed them to start the big day blissfully. Then moving effortlessly to getting ready in their water villa, where they were picked up in a decorated buggy and driven to the ceremony.
The spot where they would tie the knot upon the sand was beautifully decorated and complete with a handmade arch. All taken care of by the Constance Hotels team, the couple could relax from start to finish.
The team at Constance Moofushi organised photographers and a private meal on the beach with a personal chef cooking up culinary delights before their eyes.

The couple spent the rest of their trip in bliss, enjoying new cuisines every night, soaking in the island life and an unforgettable night at cinefushi.
