Planning a long distance wedding is a partnership between you and your wedding coordinator based at your destination and at Constance we take that partnership very seriously.
Our most important job is to listen, so before you even arrive with us your Constance wedding planner will have been in regular contact with you to find out exactly what you want for your special day.
From what you want for breakfast on your wedding day to what song you want to walk down the aisle to, we listen and then we use our expertise and experience to make it happen.
Before the wedding
Without the worry of having to organise things yourself you can take the time to really enjoy the whole day.
Relish the uniqueness of your special day with a romantic sunset cruise
Wake up to a champagne breakfast in your room or on your own private terrace and then enjoy a sumptuous couple’s massage at our U Spa before parting ways to get ready for the ceremony in separate rooms.
Let our hairdresser and makeup artist help get you ready with styles you’ve already discussed and tried in the run-up to the wedding and we will deliver the bouquet and button holes you have chosen to you.
The ceremony
Our staff will accompany you both separately to your choice of wedding location, which will have been decorated with local flowers of your choice. Whether you’ve chosen barefoot on the beach or one of the elegant locations around the hotel, the area will be private and decorated just for you.
Our wedding photographer or videographer will be on hand to capture the day in pictures or film shot in a style chosen by you.

Enjoy a relaxing couples massage before your big day
Discuss with your wedding planner ways you can make your day even more special from taking a romantic sunset cruise, sharing a meal for two in a stunning, secluded location or watching the film of your wedding on the beach under the stars later that night.
