What do you enjoy most about your role?
There’s never a dull day in this job. But the thing I love the most is being able to put a smile on our guests’ faces – for them to have a memorable stay and to go home feeling relaxed and already planning their next stay with us.
How do you make guests feel at ease in their villas?
We ensure that guests can settle in quickly to their new home away from home, that they are comfortable and their special requests are met. Also by giving them the feeling that we are there for them if they need assistance and by finding out what we can do for them to make it a memorable holiday. That focus on personalizing their stay can make all the difference.
What is it about Constance villa experience that guests love?
I think our guests love the special touch we give, the extra attention to detail. Then there are the villas themselves – the view from our Hillside Villas is exceptional out to Port Launay Marine National Park.
What’s the key to performing your role well?
The key to success is in my team, without a doubt. I would not be able to achieve anything like what I do without the support, hard work and dedication of my team. That feeling of Constance working as a family together runs through our culture.
What’s new at Constance that you really like?
Constance is becoming more diverse and more opportunities are arising. We’re focusing a new customer loyalty program which will be great for our repeat guests and mean we can focus even more on offering personal special touches when they come back, based on their preferences and needs.
How do you enjoy your time outside your role?
I enjoy spending time with family. I like to go out for a nice dinner with family or friends. If I can be honest one of my favorite things to do is visit our competitors to see their service and products and get ideas on how we can improve ours!
