One such person is Purcy, who is familiar to guests at the beachside Indigo Restaurant at Constance Belle Mare Plage. Having worked in Mauritius and the Seychelles, Purcy has earned himself a reputation for the warmest of welcomes and an ability to make guests feel relaxed and at ease straight away.
“The thing I enjoy most about my role right now is that I can interact with guests. I think guests want to come back to Constance year after year because of the service we offer and the atmosphere, as much as the beautiful location and facilities. They feel at home here, and our team makes a point of welcoming all guests, and getting to know what their personal preferences are so we can give a more personalised service. It makes a big difference to how people feel when they’re on holiday here.”
As for Purcy’s inside tip on what to order next time you’re dining at Constance – “My favourite Constance dish is oven roasted red snapper prepared in Seychellois style. But the Mauritian chicken curry with prawns is a firm favourite too.”
