Guillaume’s English Garden Cocktail
By including spirits infused by delicious, familiar fragrances Guillaume, our bar manager at Constance Belle Mare Plage, is able to craft an alchemy of flavours to add extra depth to his cocktail creations.
In his English Garden Cocktail, Guillaume uses rosemary infused gin, cucumber and mint to recreate the scents and flavours of an English summer day.
English Garden Cocktail
- 5cl rosemary-infused gin
- 2cl Asian syrup
- 2cl lemon juice
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Fresh mint
Shake the ingredients over ice and pour into a jam glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or mint, or a slice of cucumber.
