There are few events in the gastronomic calendar that can draw the likes of Patricia Bröhm, editor in chief of Gault Milleau, Dominique Loiseau, CEO of Bernard Loiseau, Chris Barber and food critic Manfred Kohnke but the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau holds a special place in the heart of Europe’s gourmets.

The festival, held at Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius, celebrates a mutual passion for food and a sharing of experience and skills between leading Michelin-starred European chefs and the Indian Ocean island chefs of Constance Hotels & Resorts.

Exclusive champagne reception and 4-course dinners have been held at Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, Munich and London this week – all part of a European road trip by Constance to celebrate the festival and launch its 10th anniversary event on 21-28 March 2015.

CEO of Constance Jean Jaques Vallet revealed that the 2015 festival will be even more interactive for guests at Belle Mare Plage with opportunities for guests to win a place on the prestigious Festival Culinaire judging panel.
