Constance Hotels & Resorts Twitter Competitions
These general terms and conditions (these Terms) apply to all Constance Hotels & Resorts Twitter Competitions (the Twitter Competition) conducted and promoted by Constance Hotels & Resorts whose registered office is [Constance Hotels Services Ltd, Poste de Flacq, Mauritius] and whose company number is [C06004335]
(Constance Hotels & Resorts) through on-line entries only.
By providing your details to us (Constance Hotels & Resorts) and entering any Twitter Competition (the Twitter Competition), you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms which govern the whole contract governing the operation and your entry into the Competition.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be aged 18 or over to be eligible to enter the Twitter & Instagram Competition.
1.2 Employees (and their families) of Constance Hotels & Resorts, affiliate companies, agencies, and any other company or persons directly connected with the development or administration of the Twitter & Instagram Competition, are not eligible to enter.
1.3 You may enter the Twitter & Instagram Competition from the date stated in the specific blog post relating to the specific Twitter & InstagramCompetition. The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight GMT on the date stated also. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged (for example by data corruption) or delayed entries, or for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, corrupt or suspected fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
1.4 Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify from the Competition any entrant who Constance Hotels & Resorts believes has not complied with these Terms or has not acted in good faith.
2. Competition Entry
2.1 Entries shall be made in accordance with these Terms and shall be made online only. You will find the specific Twitter competition entry details on the Constance Hotels Experience blog.
2.2 Entries on Twitter & Instagram must contain the Constance Hotels & Resorts hashtag – #constancehotels.
2.3 Constance Hotels & Resorts will select the winners. Selection of winners under this condition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2.4 If the winner does not come forward to claim his prize or does not wish to accept his prize, a second winner will be chosen and so forth until a winner has accepted.
3. The prize
3.1 The prize is stated in the specific Twitter & Instagram Competition details posted on the Constance Hotels & Resorts blog.
3.2 Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right at any time to cancel or change the Twitter & Instagram Competition in any way if, at its sole discretion, it considers it necessary to do so.
3.3 There is no purchase necessary to enter the Twitter & Instagram Competition and there is no fee payable for entering the Twitter & Instagram Competition or receiving the prize.
3.4 Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to withdraw a prize or provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value. In all cases the Constance Hotels & Resorts’ decision is final. No cash alternative can be substituted for the prize. [The prize is non-transferrable and may not be deferred.]
3.5 In the event that a prize is supplied by a third party and the prize is withdrawn following the draw, Constance Hotels & Resorts shall not offer any alternative prize or compensation in respect of the lost prize or any indirect or consequential losses.
4. Notification of winners
4.1 Constance Hotels & Resorts will notify the winner at the hotel using the contact details submitted during entry on the day of entry.
If you are chosen as a winner and your contact details have changed since your entry, Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify your entry and draw an alternative winner.
4.2 Constance Hotels & Resorts may request that the winners contact us to confirm that they are a winning entrant and/or to provide proof of identity, age and residency. In the event of a dispute as to your identity, your entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised holder of the account from which the entry was submitted. Each winner may be requested to provide Constance Hotels & Resorts with proof that the winner is the authorised holder of the account associated with the winning entry. No prize shall be released until Constance Hotels & Resorts is satisfied in its reasonable opinion of the identity of the proposed recipient.
4.3 If any of the following circumstances apply, the winner(s) will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner(s) will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with these Terms:
(a) the winner does not provide requested evidence to Constance Hotels & Resorts’ satisfaction (acting reasonably) of identity, age, residency, being the authorised holder of the account from which the entry was submitted or parental or guardian’s consent to Constance Hotels & Resorts’ satisfaction within 14 days of such request being sent; or
(b) Constance Hotels & Resorts suspects non-compliance with any of the Terms.
4.4 Constance Hotels & Resorts’ decision is final and binding in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
4.5 Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify an entrant and/or winner as set out in these Terms or otherwise in its absolute discretion and if it does then Constance Hotels & Resorts shall be entitled to replace such disqualified entrant with a replacement using the same registration process and subject to these Terms.

4.7 By entering the Competition, you warrant that all details submitted to Constance Hotels & Resorts during the registration process for the Twitter & Instagram Competition or otherwise requested by Constance Hotels & Resorts are true and accurate.
4.8 By entering this Competition you agree that your personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Constance Hotels & Resorts for the purposes of administering the Draw and in the event of being a winner in any Draw for publicity purposes.
5. Jurisdiction
5.1 The Competition and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms and/or the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
