Let’s take a look at some of the best moments from the past year…

  1. Big winners

The year started with a bang as Constance Hotels won a whole host of accolades at the TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Awards in January. Best in show was Constance Prince Maurice, winning in ten prestigious categories!

  1. Celebrating culinary excellence

The end of March saw the return of the Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau – a celebration of worldwide cuisine that also champions our very own resident chefs at Constance Hotels & Resorts.

As well as some incredible world-renowned chefs competing for trophies, we were lucky enough to have esteemed judges including legendary pastry chef Pierre Hermé and Indonesian celebrity chef Farah Quinn join us for the festival.

The festival was as big a success as ever, giving our island chefs the opportunity to hone their craft even further and showcasing magnificent Mauritian culture and cuisine.

  1. Ready for your babymoon?

You’re familiar with honeymoons, but have you heard of babymoons? In May, we launched our first babymoon package, designed to give mums-to-be the break they deserve before the arrival of their baby.

The package includes daily massages, a special dinner, in-room surprises and more. A superb addition to selection of special packages, you can book your own babymoon at Constance Halaveli Maldives, Lemuria Seychelles or Prince Maurice in Mauritius.

  1. Continuing conservation

One of our priorities is to protect the natural beauty of the islands that play host to our hotels. This year at Constance Moofushi Maldives, reef scapers were build and introduced into the marine environment to encourage coral growth, keeping the magnificent reefs healthy and thriving.
