Constance Belle Mare Plage has had a bit of a makeover in the last few months, and we’re delighted with the results. The Indigo restaurant and Blu Bar is the place to head to meet up with friends or just to soak up the quintessential chilled out beachside vibe you’ll find here. The relaxed and upbeat atmosphere of both restaurant and bar combines with stunning views out across the white sand beach.
Relax by the waves
By day you can enjoy bar snacks, light meals or a refreshing drink. By night there’s music from the new state of the art Bose sound system; dance the night away or take a seat and enjoy a cocktail while the waves lap on the shoreline.
If you’re feeling hungry, take your pick from our new fusion menus. We’ve mixed things up a bit on our bar menu so there’s plenty to choose from every day of your holiday. Bar snacks include Mauritian Gajacks, dim sum, Mexican burritos and the classic pizza and burgers.
Fusion and fashion
The Indigo has been transformed into a live cooking restaurant. In fitting with the hip vibrant mood of the place, Chef Alexis Voisin has created a fusion menu of European and Asian flavours to match.
Take your pick from Asian sushi, laksa and noodles, or enjoy the delicious ceviche, carpaccio and fresh, healthy salads. The Josper grill and oven is a great new addition here, and we’ll be serving up wagu steak, burgers, seafood skewers and jumbo prawns.
