The wine: A rich, elegant and complex wine with an intense nose, creating perfect harmony between the shrimps texture and the creaminess of coconut milk
Crozes-Hermitage rouge Domaine des Grands Chemins 2010
The food: Slow cooked salmon, stewed onion/salsify/mushroom, meat gravy with blackcurrant and liquorice
The wine: The sumptuousness of salmon, perfectly paired with the smoothness of this red wine, which develops black currant and plum aromas in mouth, result in perfect balance with this atypical sauce.
Hermitage Domaine de la Tourette
The food: Beef fillet of Australia, baked potato ‘my way’ ravioli with celeriac, juice with condiments
The wine: This full-bodied deep-red wine matches the great delicacy of the meat, with fine and silky tanins.
Muscat Beaumes-de-Venise 2010
The food: Pineapple carpaccio from Chamarel, kirsch reduction with vanilla Tutti Frutti sherbet, crystalline of fresh coriander
The wine: The seductive freshness and generosity of moscatto do wonders with this light and refreshing dessert.
