At Constance Halaveli, Executive Chef Jordi Villa (ex-Bulli) recently introduced a dynamic new menu to the new Kaika Sushi Bar. The Creation menu in particular is an adventurous take on Japanese culinary art and traditions, featuring ‘Kombu Chawanmushi’ with shiitake, spring onion and sea urchin, and the Balinese style Yellow fin tuna served with soft shell crab, sweet sour vegetables and mango salsa.
