What people look for in a luxury holiday is as varied as the guests we welcome to Constance.

Reuniting teddies with the children who love them – all part of our luxury service

While an idyllic location tops many a wish list, it’s the quality of personal service that can really make or break a holiday.

So when our youngest guests leave a beloved cuddly friend behind we make it our mission at Constance to reunite these teddies, bunnies or blankets with the children who love them as quickly as possible.

When Carlotta left her ‘blankie’ at Constance Halaveli her mum sent us an email to tell us her daughter couldn’t get to sleep without her much loved blanket. We deployed our laundry department to hunt down the missing blanket – we soon found it and quick sharp sent it back to Carlotta, much to her delight.

Five year old Evi recently left her pink teddy at Halveli. We found the teddy in the room after she and her family had left, and so we’ve sent teddy on an adventure to be reunited with Evi.

Meanwhile at Constance Le Prince Maurice our staff gave a baby guest a Prince Maurice teddy as a memento of his time with us. A few years later we received an email from his mother saying it had become his favourite teddy, but through years of love he had almost worn it out.

We can’t resist a tale of love, and so we posted a new teddy to our young guest, a new friend from Mauritius.

Inspired by our passion to create experiences that our guests will remember forever, we also haven’t lost sight that sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference.
