Inspired by her love of graceful movement, Isabelle’s classes are based around her philosophy of balance integrated into fitness, dance and yoga. Isabelle has a background in gymnastics and classical dance, which she has since combined with intensive yoga and pilates training.

‘After seven wonderful years of personal training in Paris and Versailles I’m excited to come to Mauritius and work with the Constance Group,’ she says. ‘My sessions will allow guests to tone up while they are dancing, practice the Dynamic (Vinyasa) Yoga as well as learning how to relax tense muscles and weak joints.

Each session will also show how guests can integrate practical exercises into their daily life so that they will not forget so soon their lovely gymnastic sessions when they return home. No matter what their physical abilities or experience may be, my sessions work for anyone.’

Exercising to a healthier more balanced lifestyle

Based around ‘control and fitness’ and ‘sculpt and balance’, Isabelle’s aim is to help her clients exercise their way to a more healthy, balanced lifestyle. She believes her role as a teacher is to empower each participant to define and reach their own personal goals both physical and psychological.
