Agreement to official rules
By participating in the Constance #MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for #MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition, a promotional competition by Constance Hotels & Resorts.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to request written proof of the winner’s address and age before awarding a prize. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time they participate in the #MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition.
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to reject any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other such causes. Constance Hotels & Resorts has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by Instagram, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information contained on Instagram misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels & Resorts regarding the #MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
How to enter
#MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition can be accessed through the Constance Hotels & Resorts Instagram page and is organised by Constance Hotels & Resorts.
Participation is only possible via Instagram. You must follow the Constance Hotels & Resorts Instagram page (https://instagram.com/constancehotels/) in order to enter. Entries to the competition should be made through Instagram by commenting on one of the finalist photos for #MyConstanceMoment, and by doing so all entrants accept these terms and conditions.
All entries must comply with the following requirements
- All entrants must follow @constancehotels
- All entrants must tag the person they would like to go with them on the holiday in the comment
- All entrants must explain what inspires them about the chosen picture and the destination
- All entrants can only enter once in the duration of the competition
Any entries not following these criteria or which are incomplete will be rejected.
By participating in the Constance #MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition, participants authorise Constance Hotels & Resorts to publically announce his or her name on social media.
This competition is valid from the 17 November 2015 at 1100hGMT to 22 November 2015 at 12noon GMT.
The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram during week of 23 November 2015. Participants’ details will be added to the Constance marketing mailing lists.
Rights granted by you
By entering this Contest, you agree that:
Constance Hotels & Resorts has the right to use your name and the name of the person the winner has tagged on social media and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these Rules.
Your representations and warranties
Entries should not contain or in anyway be sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contain nudity; promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promote any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group
The prize
The winner will be selected at random from the list of all valid entries
The winner will receive a 7 night holiday for two, on full board basis (including breakfast, lunch and dinner at selected outlets, excluding alcohol and any other extras) to the Constance hotel or resort of the winner’s choice. Flights and transfers are not included.
The following exclusion periods apply: 22 December 2015 to 06 January 2016.
Any other periods will be subject to the chosen resort’s availability.
Any other incidental expenses are not included in the above prize and must be paid for by the winner.
Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
Announcing the winners
The winner will be notified by Constance Hotels & Resorts through direct message on Instagram.
The prize cannot be exchanged or resold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever, is non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole.
The prize needs to be redeemed within 12 months.
Exclusions
This competition is not open to Constance Hotels & Resorts employees. Constance Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify entries that it suspects of being fraudulent. No third party or bulk entries are permitted and will be disqualified.
Participation in the #MyConstanceMoment Instagrammer competition is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels & Resorts accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
