Excitement is mounting with only two days to go until the Bernard Loiseau Culinary Festival at the Constance Belle Mare Plage Resort in Mauritius.

A gathering of passionate professional chefs from across the Indian Ocean, the festival is a competition and a celebration of fine cuisine.

The event, running since 2006, is now an established celebration in the gastronomic industry calendar in Mauritius.
